The Anti-Inflammatory and Free Radical Scavenging Activities of Bio-Inspired Nano Magnesium Oxide

This work includes green synthesis of magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPs) by using Alstonia scholaris , which is indigenous to many countries such as China, Australia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India. Its pharmacological activities include antidiabetic, antioxidant, anticancer, analgesic, antitussive, anti-diarrheal activities. In this study, the antioxidant anti-inflammatory bio-inspired nanoparticles, MgO NPs, were investigated. NPs prepared leaf extract scholaris, followed characterization EDX, XRD, SEM techniques. The crystallite size was 19.57 nm. XRD analysis confirmed crystallinity purity NPs. Anti-inflammatory activity carried out observe inhibition protein denaturation. Since IC 50 lower than standard, it found be more effective. values compared, results reveal that bioinspired undergo scavenging free radicals standard (ascorbic acid) These are useful in cosmetics scrubs, moisturizers, an active ingredient microdermabrasion formulating effective drugs for maintaining structure body, will reduce inflammation.
